For help with an order
Please include only your order number and the email address used at checkout. To protect your child's privacy, do not include a surname, full birthday, address, school, medical details, photos, recordings, or book entries in a general message. If we need anything more, we'll send you private instructions.
If your book arrived damaged
We'll help make it right. We may ask for clear photos of the book, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not include a child in those photos.
