For order support
Include only your order number and the adult purchaser’s email address. Do not submit a child’s surname, exact birth date, address, school, medical information, photo, audio, or book entries. If content is needed to resolve an issue, we will provide an appropriate private route.
For damaged orders
Include clear photos of the book, packaging, and shipping label through the support route we provide. Do not include the child in support photos.
