Before final proof approval
You may request cancellation before you approve the final proof. If the order has not entered production, we will cancel and refund it to the original payment method.
After final proof approval
Your approval authorizes production of a one-of-one personalized item. Content changes and cancellation may no longer be possible after the approved file is manually released to the printer.
Damage, defects, or production mistakes
Inspect the book within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is missing approved content, has pages out of order, or differs from the approved proof, contact us with the order number and clear photos of the book, packaging, and shipping label. Do not include the child in support photos. We will review a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law.
If we made the mistake
If our production file differs from the approved proof because of our error, we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
If the approved proof contained the issue
If a spelling or detail appeared in the proof you approved and the printed book matches it, the order is not automatically a production defect. Contact us; where feasible, we may offer a reduced-price reprint.
Lost parcels
Contact us if tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located. Carrier investigations and remedies depend on the shipment facts and applicable law.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
