Every Their Little Language book is made especially for one family. Here is what happens if you change your mind or something is not right.
Cancelling before printing begins
You may cancel for a full refund any time before printing begins. Email hello@theirlittlelanguage.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Reviewing and changing your book
You will see the cover, dedication, every word, meaning, picture, page, quantity, and delivery address before printing. One round of changes is included. Your final yes confirms that the complete book and address are ready.
After printing begins
Once printing has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or a change-of-mind cancellation. Personalized books are otherwise final sale, except when a book is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what you approved, not delivered, or covered by rights that apply where you live.
If something is wrong with the delivered book
Contact us promptly, preferably within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for clear photos of the book, packaging, and shipping label. Please do not include a child in the photos.
If the book has a covered problem, we will usually arrange a replacement at no charge. If that is not possible or another remedy is required, we will provide the appropriate refund or solution.
What your approval covers
Spelling, wording, punctuation, page order, and layout that match the book you approved are not printing errors. Printed color, trimming, placement, and binding may vary slightly from what you see on a screen. This does not limit your rights if the delivered book is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or meaningfully different from what you approved.
Address and delivery problems
Please approve a complete and deliverable address. A free replacement or refund may not be available when a delivery fails because the approved address was incorrect, the parcel was refused, or it was not collected, unless the law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider decides when the credit appears.
Before returning anything
Email hello@theirlittlelanguage.com. Please do not mail a book anywhere until we send the correct instructions.
