Shipping coverage: We ship only to countries currently available at checkout. Standard shipping is complimentary in every country we currently serve.
Duties, import taxes, brokerage, and destination fees are not included unless checkout explicitly says they are. Expedited shipping is not included in the complimentary-shipping offer.
When to expect your book
- Intake: your proof clock begins only after the secure intake is complete and matched to a paid order.
- First proof: the current target will be published before orders open, after the complete workflow is tested.
- Revision: one consolidated revision is included; the revised-proof target will be published before orders open.
For U.S. launch orders, estimated production and delivery are 9–13 business days after final proof approval. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
International destinations open one at a time only after live supplier-quote, tax, language/typesetting, service, and physical-sample checks. When a market is enabled, its current estimate is shown at checkout and on this page. Intake delays, revision cycles, address issues, customs, carrier disruption, and peak periods can extend every estimate.
Proof approval controls production
Nothing prints when you place the order. After explicit approval, we lock the approved version, perform prepress checks, and manually release that exact file to the print partner.
Addresses and tracking
Review the shipping address during proof approval. Tracking is emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error; changes may be impossible after manual production release.
The Family Edition contains two identical books shipped together to one checkout address. Split-address shipping requires separate orders.
Delays
If a material delay puts the stated estimate at risk, we will provide an updated ship date and the choice to agree to wait or cancel an unshipped order for a refund. Silence will not be treated as consent to an indefinite delay.
Event dates
Please do not rely on an estimated date for a birthday, holiday, or other event unless the storefront displays an order cutoff supported by real performance. Rush service is not available during beta.
