Making & delivery

Most U.S. books are expected to arrive 9-13 business days after you approve every page. We'll email tracking as soon as the book is on the way. Arrival estimates can change during especially busy periods or carrier delays.

We currently deliver to U.S. addresses. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Use only a first name or nickname. Do not submit surnames, exact birth dates, addresses, schools, medical information, photos, or contact details. If you add the optional voice keepsake, use only the dedicated recording controls and include only a voice you have permission to share.
