Shipping policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026

Their Little Language, a brand operated by AIFI SYSTEMS LLC, ships personalized hardcover books through Prodigi’s distributed print-on-demand network. The specific production facility is selected automatically based on product availability, destination, capacity, and routing. Customers cannot select a production country or facility.

1. Where we ship

We accept orders for destinations where the applicable book configuration, a fulfillment route, a carrier method, and applicable law permit delivery and Shopify checkout accepts the address. Prodigi currently describes this hardcover product as globally fulfilled and shipping worldwide, but availability can change by product, country, territory, postal code, carrier, or legal restriction. If checkout does not offer shipping to an address, we do not currently serve that route.

We may temporarily suspend or remove destinations affected by carrier disruption, sanctions or trade restrictions, unacceptable loss rates, unquotable costs, or legal or tax requirements. An order is not accepted merely because a country appears in a selector; acceptance occurs as stated in the Terms of Service.

2. When production begins

Production does not begin at checkout. It begins only after we receive all required personalization information, complete the included proof process, and receive the adult purchaser’s explicit approval of the complete proof and delivery address. Time spent waiting for intake, customer responses, revision instructions, approval, or address correction is not production or shipping time.

Prodigi’s current published production estimate for the applicable hardcover photo book is 120 hours (about five days) after release to production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and quality review, capacity, routing, holidays, or exceptional events can extend it.

3. Estimated transit after dispatch

The following are Prodigi’s general estimates for Standard shipping after production is complete and the parcel is dispatched. They are route-level guidance, not delivery promises. Because fulfillment routing is automatic, the production origin may not be known when you order. The estimate shown for your order at checkout or in the order confirmation controls if it differs.

Current U.S. working estimate. Where displayed at purchase, eligible U.S. Standard orders are estimated to arrive 9–13 business days after final proof approval. This combines the personalized production stage and expected transit; it does not include time awaiting intake or approval and is not guaranteed.

Working days generally exclude weekends and public holidays at the production origin, carrier, or destination. Customs processing is additional. A parcel may be delivered in more or less time than the estimate.

4. Shipping methods and tracking

Only methods displayed at checkout are available. We currently offer one complimentary Standard delivery method. We do not currently promise Budget, Express, Overnight, or a customer-selected carrier. The underlying carrier and routing are selected through Prodigi according to destination and availability.

Tracking depends on the destination and the underlying carrier service selected through Prodigi. Prodigi states that U.S. orders are tracked, while Standard delivery may be tracked or untracked on some international routes. Where tracking is available, we will send it after dispatch. A lack of tracking events does not necessarily mean a parcel is lost.

5. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and import costs

Complimentary Standard delivery is currently included in the product price for every destination accepted at checkout, so checkout displays no separate Standard shipping charge. Unless checkout expressly states that taxes, duties, brokerage, and import charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them and may be the importer of record. Local fulfillment can reduce cross-border shipping but does not guarantee that an order will avoid customs or import charges.

We do not control government assessments, carrier brokerage, customs decisions, or currency-conversion charges. Refusal or non-collection because of these charges is handled under the Refund Policy, subject to mandatory law.

6. Addresses and changes

Enter a complete address using the destination’s correct format and review it both at checkout and during proof approval. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We will try to update it, but a change is not guaranteed after production release. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete approved address, except where law provides otherwise.

The Family Edition includes two identical books shipped together to one accepted delivery address. Delivery to two addresses requires separate orders unless we expressly agree otherwise. Post office boxes, military addresses, remote regions, and territories are served only when checkout offers an eligible method.

7. Customs, carrier, and exceptional delays

Delays can result from customs inspection, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, peak periods, carrier congestion, border controls, public-health measures, or other events outside reasonable control. We will provide available information and comply with any legal duty to offer a revised date, cancellation, or refund; we cannot guarantee a carrier or customs outcome.

8. Lost parcels

Contact us if a tracked parcel is marked delivered but is missing, or if it has not arrived after the applicable supplier threshold above. For international routes not otherwise listed, Prodigi generally treats a parcel as lost after 28 working days from dispatch. We may ask you to confirm the address, check safe places or neighbors, and cooperate with a carrier inquiry. A confirmed loss is remedied under the Refund Policy. Incorrectly addressed, refused, or unclaimed parcels are not treated as carrier losses.

9. Split shipments and packaging

Orders may be produced or delivered separately when products or quantities require different facilities. Prodigi generally uses white-label packaging, but shipping labels and customs documents may identify a production or logistics provider where operationally or legally required.
